Creator controls
What the current creator can edit, how succession works and what stays fixed.

A creator change preserves the route
A creator replacement does not disconnect the canonical route, reset its allocations or discard its held backing. The successor inherits control through the normal setters. An ordinary route edit redistributes held allocations without charging a fresh intake fee.
Before an administrative replacement, the hook attempts accrued Creator-revenue payout to the outgoing destination. Unpaid remainder follows the replacement rule. Connected routes and Floor/Treasury destinations remain connected; a direct-address destination is updated according to the replacement behavior.
Voluntary succession and renunciation
A proposed successor must accept a voluntary creator transfer. Acceptance attempts the accrued payout but leaves the existing fee destination in place until changed through the normal control. Renunciation leaves creator controls frozen while the creator is vacant; the current Safes retain their replacement authority.
Controls are not a market redesign
Creator edits do not mint a second supply, change the backing, withdraw protected floor cash, move the pool to a new hook or give the creator treasury-Safe authority. A migration’s optional allocation stage has additional fixed terms that ordinary route editing cannot reverse.
